pooh,
Implantation is not a likely reason for your irregular bleeding spotting. It is usually the absence of bleeding that could indicate a pregnancy.

Have you talked with your doctor about TTC while undergoing POCD treatment? I believe your doctor would recommend against TTC while undergoing your POCD, for the very reasons you are experiencing: not knowing if your symptoms are treatment related, pre-menstrual or pregnancy. I also am unsure what your treatment entails, and you would need to talk with your doctor about the possible complications if you were to become pregnant while undergoing treatment, as it could lead to pregnancy complications (certain medications are not recommended if you have a chance of pregnancy).

Please make sure you are healthy first, your treatment is complete AND successful, and you can TTC with more confidence and less doubt (TTC is already an emotional difficult experience!).

Either way: please talk with your doctor about your intentions and your likelihood of conceiving while on POCD treatment.

Hi,
I can understand your disappointment. Have you told your physician about the prolonged vaginal bleeding? If not, please do so right away.
