You can take a home pregnancy test anytime after your expected period has not begun...it would be 99% accurate at detecting any "pregnancy hormones".

Good luck...and let us know the results!

Gm, I took a pregnancy test last night March 2 and it came back negative. This situation of trying to get pregnant for over a yr now and it hasnt happened is taking a toll on me in such a bad way.I am excited when my cycle doesnt come but affraid to take a test,I shouldnt feel that way.I am so hurt. What step should i take now?

I'm sorry....it is difficult to try to conceive for over a year without positive results.

Your next step: talk with your Gynecologist about ruling out possible infertility conditions, most of which can be treated.

I just now have benefits through my job so I can see what can happen.I rather know if i can not have kids than to keep getting excited when no cycle comes. Thanks for all of your help.
