Good morning,
Back in November I tried to penetrate a girl for sex; however I was never able to penetrate her and rubbed against her entrance while trying to penetrate and after that we stopped. In a random freak out moment after coming to my senses, I thought that maybe precum couldve gotten in her in my attempts to penetrate her so I got her a plan b pill that she took.
2 weeks later she got her period and had a negative pregnancy test. A month later in December she had another negative pregnancy test. And she got both negative tests and periods in January and February. She stopped getting periods after February, however she went to the obgyn office and tested negative and the doctor didnt find anything unusual.
This apparently has happened to her before from September 2016 to August 2017 that she didnt get a period at all in an 11 month span...
After all that is it possible that she could be pregnant from November 2017? Apparently according to some sites it is possible for women to have periods when pregnant, but that sounds wrong...also wouldnt an obgyn have noticed some changes in her uterus/cervix that indicated she was pregnant during the physical exam? At this point its been alittle over 9 months since the initial incident and Ive been worried straight the entire time...im really ready to stop panicking and move on!

Your girlfriend is not pregnant as all the evidence has told you. For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina. The highest chance of pregnancy is during ovulation.
Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. While not impossible, it’s very unlikely to become pregnant from pre-ejaculate. What you did was risky as accidents can easily happen. For future, always use a condom during any genital to genital contact. It's also a good idea to educate yourself about sex. It will reduce a lot of stress that the unknown can cause. There is a lot of information on our website and in books. Try to relax, your girlfriend is not pregnant.

Thank you, also would the obgyn have noticed amy changes to her cervix/uterus if she was even if for some reason she was testing negative?

Hello again.
At least two to three weeks after a missed period, a doctor can do an examination internally to check for changes in the uterus and cervix.
You need to look at the facts and not let your imagination run away with you. By now, any pregnancy would be quite obvious. You didn't even have sex based on what you said. Pregnancy is not magic. Certain things need to happen, which I mentioned in my initial reply. My advice is to move on from this and hold off on having any sexual relations until you are better educated about sex and have confidence in what you are doing.
