Hi Anonymous,
May 18, 2011 - 8:19amThank you for your question. Migraine headaches are no picnic. I know this first-hand. Do you take pain medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help relieve headache pain? You may want to notice what triggers your headaches. If you are getting headaches often, you may want to schedule a visit with your doctor to get checked out--the doctor may want to rule out some conditions to see if he/she can pinpoint the source for your headaches.
