By starting a Hormone program now how will it affect me?

I am 70. My doctor stopped hormones years ago and I should never have allowed that. I am so sorry I listened back then. Now my doctor says it's too late. I don't believe it. I need them. I explained my health situation, other than that I am fine. I do have anemia which I forgot to mention along with the other situation. Please advise. Thank you

Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Perhaps that the hormone therapy you were using before will not work now. However, there are more options for hormone therapy than there used to be.
One option that may work for you is called Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement.
Below there is a link that explains it in detail.
But with that said, you still need to be treated by a doctor. If you doctor does not support you in finding a solution, perhaps you need to switch doctors.
