Small bladder

This is a little bit embarassing, but is there anyway to cure "small bladder?" I pee all the time, almost every 1 to 2 hours. i have to at least wake up for once to twice in the middle of the night to pee.
It has always been my problem. some background information, I stopped wet my bed when i was around 12 (too old). Does it have any correlation with my condition now?
I remember my mom took me to the doctor and they gave me some meds, that's when i stopped wet my bed.

it's annoying to travel cause i will be stressed out about the fact that i might not find rest room on the way. i literally can't be away from rest room. i have to control my drink intake to make sure that i won't pee that much everytime i go out.

Is there any effective way to stregthen the muscle? I have a friend suggested me one of the pilate movement, i've tried, but there's not really any different.
I'm totally annoyed with myself for this condition.

Hi para_vin,
Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Overactive Bladder is a real medical condition. Have you been diagnosed with it, or some other condition related to your urinary frequency?
You may want to get an appointment with a doctor to look into treating your condition again. It's possible you need to be on ongoing medication for it.
