Skipped menstruation for 7 months and finally am having a period that's gone on for 3 weeks!

The last period I had was 7 months ago, then I just stopped having them. (sidenote: I've been celibate for 11 years) This month I finally started bleeding on a period and that was 21 days ago! The bleeding has gotten heavier as the days go by and I keep passing blood clots so huge I could give them names? Does anyone know what's going on? I don't have health insurance, so even if I could afford to go to a gyn...I definitely can't pay for medical tests.

I havent have mens for almost 2months, what will i gonna do? But i did the pregnancy test for 4x and it was all negative, it gives me anxiety help please! :(
