Hi Anonymous and welcome to EmpowHER.

How long have you had this skin rash and is it worsening? Have you sought medical attention for this, or are you trying to treat it yourself?

It's hard to know how to treat a rash unless you know the cause. Skin rashes develop for a wide variety of reasons, including infections, allergies, immune system disorders and as reactions to medications.

One of the most common skin disorders which causes a facial rash is atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema.

While you can purchase over the counter creams that may help you temporarily with the rash you really need to see your physician or a dermatologist to get a true diagnosis and proper treatment which may require prescription medications.

Hope that helps,

Pam
