I have had sinus congestion for approximately 10 MONTHS. I have used prescription nose sprays, prescription medication, I have been on allergy medicine for approximately 16 weeks. And I have tried allergy medicine over the counter. Some days I can hardly talk. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this. Thank you in advance. Josephine Schuster my email is [email protected]

Hello, Anon.

Thank you for your post.

Chronic sinusitis is a common condition in which the cavities around nasal passages (sinuses) become inflamed and swollen, this can last for up to 12 weeks, despite various treatments. Have you seen an ENT - Ears, Nose and Throat doctor? If not, I would suggest doing so. If you have, return to the ENT for a follow-up. Below is a resource that may help.
