Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
There are many lifestyle treatments as well as medications that can be used to treat RLS.

Lifestyle:
--regular exercise
--professional legs massages
--Hot baths or heating pads or ice packs applied to the legs
--Good sleep habits
--A vibrating pad called Relaxis
--reducing stress
--avoid tobacco, alcohol and caffeine

Medication:
--Mirapex
--Neupro
--Requip
(Anticonvulsant drugs)
--Tegretol
--Lyrica
--Neurontin
--Horizant

As you can see, you have any options. I suggest that you talk to your doctor about these treatments.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks more about treatments for RLS.
