friend 50 yr. old was diagnosed approx. one yr ago. 37 treatments of radiation. Her cancer was secondary to HPV. Will she still transfer HPV?

Even though your friend is cancer free, she still may have HPV in her system so yes, transfer could still happen.
People with HPV have very normal sex lives - she can talk to her doctor about her options.
