Me and my partner were just having some sexual fun as he started to suck my nipple and got shocked because of whiter liquid with salty taste came out and accidentally he might swallowed it and the very next day he said his throat is paining and its kind of itchy. So is he having throat pain because of that liquid? And the liquid came out is dangerous? as im sure im not pregnant because we haven't had sex yet.
Please help me im worried for him.

Sexual stimulation is often the same as the sucking action a baby would use at your breast and can have the same result - milk, or at least some fluid. I wouldn't worry about this (unless it suddenly keeps happening without any stimulation at all).
It sounds like your boyfriend was taken aback by the discharge - that he swallowed some of it. There is no harm to him if he did.
