My gf was on her last day of period and i had rubbed her genotals with the shaft of penis with some precum secretions on it.Didnt sure the secretions touch her vagina or not. No penetration was done. Can we get pregnant? Please give advice.

A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (intercourse) with ejaculation that enters the vagina. Based on your information, this did not happen.
Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. That said, accidents can easily happen. It's wise to practice safe sex by using a condom during any genital to genital contact.
