Regarding gastroparesis. My mother is 75 and has RA and GP.

Her GP was under control through diet until she had fusion surgery on her back in Jan. 2012. She has been sick ever since the surgery (GP) and although she has followed her GP diet, she is sicker and unable to eat and the specialists tell her there is nothing more they can do for her. SHe is currently taking Domperidone and other medications for the GP and her RA. SHe recovered from the back surgery but is unable to regain her health from the GP. Is this the end? Or can doctors do anything else?
