Can certain types of birth control pills change your discharge and decrease your sex drive ? I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries.

That is a very good question.

Citing information provided by Brown University, combination oral contraceptive, which contain estrogen and progestin, may cause a decrease in sex drive in some women.

A slight increase in the amount of discharge may occur in some women, while others may notice less lubrication with intercourse.
