what is making these cysts grow? Is there a way of shrinking them without surgery?

Hello, Anon! Thank you for posting.

You will have to discuss your options with your doctor as we cannot know the specifics of your tests. There is no medicine (that I know of) to shrink them.

Generally, an ovarian cyst may need to be removed if it is suspected of being cancerous - chances being more likely in older women. The cyst is large - more than 2.5 inches in diameter or is solid - rather than containing just fluid. Causing pain.
