Pulmonary Embolism

Hello Sir / Madam
My girl friend had PE lately. She also had DVT symptoms on her legs long before.
The point is that a week before she gets PE we had a fight and she was very angry and did not know where she went but contacted her and apologized just the next day.
Now I really feel bad and blame myself that I might have caused or triggered her PE.
I am really depressed and do not know if I have contributed to her situation.
Please advice me cause I am really depressed.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Farid,

Welcome to EmpowHER. You should not feel depressed or worried that you caused her to have an Pulmonary Embolism. Risk factors are a family history, heart disease, high blood pressure, surgery and cancer. You need to calm down and try to be by her side at this time. Hope this was helpful?
