Hello Anon

Thank you for writing!

By probiotics/probiotics, I assume you mean one to be prebiotics?

Prebiotics are a sort of fiber that the human body cannot digest. However, they can be used by probiotics (healthy gut bacteria) for food.

Both forms help to keep the gut healthy and the digestive system working well, with the main purpose of prebiotics being to support probiotics.

Best,
Susan
