Pregnant from dry humping? HELP

Me and my girlfriend were dry humping two weeks ago; we were both on our underwear, and I never ejaculated, however i did noticed drops of pre-cum on my boxers. I was dry humping exactly in the vagina's entrance, and i was very nervous by those little pre-cum drops entering her vagina. It's been 4-5 days since her period should have came, and we are both very nervous of pregnancy happening. She feels like her period it's just around the corner, however nothing, we are very worried. Are there any chances that she is pregnant? (It's the missing period what's keeping us very worried). I know dry humping shouldn't result in pregnancy, however I am worried that we just had very very bad luck.

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time. A woman would also have to be ovulating and engage in unprotected intercourse with ejaculation.

Sperm itself cannot penetrate clothing - it is designed to swim through vaginal fluid.

I understand your concern regarding the missed period. A pregnancy test can be taken now for peace of mind - one would be accurate by now; but stress can certainly be a factor in a delayed cycle.

Best,
Susan
