Hi, I’m a week late on my period. I’ve taken home test, all negative. I work at a clinic so I did a blood test and it came back >1.20. I’m so confused. Should I hold out hope that I’m still pregnant or forget about it? Thanks.

Since all your tests are negative, including a blood test, it's not likely you are pregnant. It sounds like you're anxious to be pregnant - stress or anticipation can delay the cycle - this may be why you are late. Keep trying and good luck to you-
