pregnancy scare question

I am worried I may be pregnant. But my partner and I ALWAYS use condoms and I've been on the pill for 3 years. I haven't missed any pills this month but my only reason for concern is that my body has been changing a lot, especially my areolas. I never really looked at them before but to me they seem darker than last month and they look fat to me, like wide. And my discharge has a greenish tint to it so I'm also worried it could be a uti or something. I've had weird cramps in the 'ovary' parts of my body, not like normal period cramps, more to the sides than in the middle and happening on both sides. I've noticed more veins to my stomach too, but that could be my imagination. I went to a clinic and took a pregnancy test there and it was a clear negative, I'm going back again as the nurse recommended to do a second one to ease my mind. Two questions, what do you think of the things ive described, could I be pregnant? And how accurate are urine tests at a clinic? My period came on time and was normal last month, I expect my period next week on Friday the 27th. And I also have PCOS and I know it's harder to get pregnant with this condition, especially since I'm also taking birth control.

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
First of all, you cannot be pregnant because you use birth control and condoms. Also because the pregnancy test was negative and your symptoms in generally are not pregnancy symptoms.
But you do have some symptoms that indicated possible infection and ovarian issues. Even though discoloration of vaginal discharge does not always indicated abnormality, green discharge is definitely a rare.
You need to get a pap smear/pelvic exam as soon as possible. An ultrasound will also detect any abnormalities of the ovaries.
