Hi,
About 2 months ago, I dry humped with a guy and gave him a hand job. We were both fully clothed while grinding on each other, and after the hand job, I washed my hands soon after. However, I haven't had a period in 2 months. I've taken several pregnancy tests, and all have come out negative, but my period still won't come. I've also recently moved to another country, and am wondering whether that may have something to do with it. Is there any way I can induce my period? I'm 20 years old and have been getting periods since I was around 12 or 13, and they are still not completely regular. Also, is there any chance of pregnancy?

At 20, you should really know how the body works. A hand job or dry humping can't get anyone pregnant. it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause.
A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating. Sperm will not travel through a layer of clothing to impregnate.
So a pregnancy cannot occur from what you did. Your period is likely delayed due to moving
