Hi. I’m a little confused. My boyfriend and I had sex using the pull out method( I know not 100%) last Monday the 18th during ovulation ( I had the egg yolk discharge). That Friday I started having lots of aches in my lower abdomen and back aches that lasted all weekend into this week. I still have mild aches and headaches. I’m. It suppose to start my period until next week maybe the week after(usually between the 8-13th each month). I don’t normally cramp and if I do it’s usually right before. This morning I took a preg test but it’s neg but might be too early. Help

Thank you@Helena! I know, it was kinda a spur of the moment. How long does the aching usually last? I’m having dull aching and dull back pain( super annoying). Sometimes I feel like my breast’s are tingling but I go brush my arm against them and it’s not painful. Thanks so much

Hello. Thank you for posting.

Using a condom is much safer than the pull-out method. Pregnancy tests are accurate 14-21 days after sex. So, yes, if you had sex last week it's too early. If you don't get your period with a week after the expected time, test again.
