I'm not clear about your information. Did you have intercourse? Or was it making out with clothes on? For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina. If this did not happen, there is no pregnancy concern if that is what you are asking. Your periods, even if light, are proof of that. If you are still concerned about pregnancy, even with the information given, a pregnancy test can reassure you as can seeing your doctor if you are worried about the change in your periods.
