Later I went home took shower. Its been 7 days since I had my period Im getting very worried please please help is there any risk?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing!

There appears to be no risk from what you did. As long as no sperm entered your vagina, there is no pregnancy risk. If it has been 7 days since you had your period, you will not be due for another for another two weeks. Even if you were ovulating, you did nothing that could cause pregnancy.
Best,
Susan
