I've been taken Yasmin for 7 years, but I had some spotting between periods,so my doctor recommended me to take a new pill ,Qlaira, try it and decide later which one to use.Can you tell me the differences between both pills? Which one is better for health?Which one is better for the skin? THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Thank you for your answer.
Well,my first experience with Qlaira has not been very good,(I've only taken it for a month),but I don't know if it's just the first month, and should go on trying...or I should start using Yasmin again.
Yasmine was very good for me, but I had some spotting between periods, with Qlaira has been the same, but I've also felt a bit bad :headache, strange sensations in my belly, two days waiting for my period, which at the moment I still don't have..,While with Yasmin was always the same day and I felt ok...My gynecologist told me to decide myself, but I still don't know what to do...As it seems Qlaira has more natural hormones tha Yasmin...Should I give Qlaire another change or not? What do you think? Tomorrow is the day I have to start a new packing...

Thank you for your question. Every woman may have different reactions to different pills. For example, your friend may take a certain pill and then you may have an adverse reaction to the same one. I think your physician is correct to say that you should try a different pill to re-regulate your periods but you will have to try each one to see what best suits you.
Drugs.com provides great information on different pills (drugs) and you can read more about each one here:
Yasmin http://www.drugs.com/search.php?searchterm=Yasmin&is_main_search=1
Qlaira http://www.drugs.com/search.php?searchterm=Qlaira&is_main_search=1
Can you keep us updated?
