I am 20 years old and my period is very irregular. They can last up
To a momth and sometimes go away in a week. Along with the long period come huge blood clots that i can feel coming so I rush to the bathroom. When I was 14 one of my ovaries had to be removed due to ovarian cysts. Could this be a relapse of the cysts coming back?

It sounds like you have a seriously irregular cycle with far too much bleeding than's good for you.

Your cyst (s) could be coming back but either way, you need to talk to your gynecologist to get some tests done to know what's going on.
