Hi. Please advice. I had no penetration sex end of March. I am on the pill and had my period every month so far normal. In May I went in for all the gastro scopes CT scans of my pelvis and abdomen with chest X-rays and blood tests all came back ok I just needed an iron transfusion. I have taken many HPT all negative and in June did a blood test which was negative. It’s now July I went to a GP who did a urine HCG test at the clinic and said it’s negative but I have a mild case of IBS and gave me meds and a probiotic but I’m worried because I still feel funny in my tummy.

Hello Anon
Thank you for writing!
I'm not sure why you think you could be pregnant, as you can't be.
IBS symptoms can be very uncomfortable. Give your meds and the probiotic a little more time and see how you feel.

Thank you Susan
I just seem uneasy about the thought because I do not plan on falling pregnant now. I actually dropped a kg in weight but feel uneasy and a bloated or heavy in my tummy. The specialist did say I should stay away from carbs dairy and maybe gluten. I feel like a constant liquid slushing and movement in my tummy. When I do massage or press my tummy I tend to get a feeling of passing gas or belching

Hi Joanna!
You didn't have intercourse, you are on the Pill, you have regular periods and all your tests are negative.
I'm not sure why you still think you might be pregnant - you may need to talk to someone about your anxiety. There is no point in addressing pregnancy anymore since it's impossible.
I have IBS and it does give the kind of symptoms you have.
There is a good IBS diet plan by Kate Scarlata, a registered dietitian. Cut and paste the link following, her advice is held in very high regard in the medical community - http://www.katescarlata.com/
