I am having constant coming and going pain from 3rd day of period in both side of abdominal area, pelvic, pelvic bone, hips, chest and shoulder.
After period , today on 8th day i am having twitching pain in left breast .
Constantly having diarrhea symptoms as well.
I am not pregnant as i have already checked my hcg level and they are 1.5
Will you please help me identify if there is any major sickness.

Thank you for your post.
If you are feeling this ill, you need to see a doctor. You could have a stomach virus in conjunction with something else. There is no way for us to know this. You have to be examined. Keep us updated.
