Pain and bruising on fibula. Large bruise on upper fibula radiating down to ankle.

Hi Anon,

Could this have been caused as an accident? or exercise? 

If you think you may have fractured your fibula, please schedule an appointment with your doctor to have a proper consult including xray, etc.
