I have severe sharp pains in my left ovary. It hurts when i pee but only on my left side, I am not sexually active so im not pregnant or have an std. My periods are very regular but recently in the past few months, when i have them, have only lasted 1-3 days. I really need to know whats wrong if anyone could help.

The pain you are experiencing could be an number of things like an ovarian cyst, and infection like (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease), etc. If you do by chance have an ovarian cyst, it could have ruptured, which is very painful. The only way to know what is going on is to have your doctor do a full pelvic exam.
Call your doctor to make this appointment soon. It's better you find out what's causing your pain soon rather than later and begin treatment.
