I have a lump on the right side of my neck. It's under the skin and it's basically painless But i just can feel it there. I first noticed it when i was 16 and now i'm 28. I am basically fit. I caught cold once in a while but never anything serious. I was wondering what it could possibly be. I have family history of benign cyst. My mother had one on her back and my older sister on her breast. Both of them had their lumps removed. I havent told ny family because basically i dont feel anything. My concern is also because the scar from the surgery that it might got me. It's just in my genetic to have keloid. My mother had a horrible scar on her back from the removal surgey and so does my sister on her breast. If i would have a surgey, the scar would be too visible. Is there anyway to treat this cause it has been popping in to my mind way more often lately.
