I put a tampon on the last day of my period. I don't recall removing it and after a night of drinks, I had sex with my boyfriend. I thought I had removed it but now I have cramps and abdominal pain. How can I remove it? Is it lost?

Most likely, your tampon was removed either by you (or your boyfriend without your remembering, depending on how many drinks you had) before having sex...especially since you thought you removed it, but now you are just second-guessing yourself because of your symptoms.
Your tampon would not be "lost", as your cervix is at the end of your vagina (and a tampon would not enter your cervix unless it is dilated), and so the tampon would still be inside your vagina (if it was not removed). The strings would just have been pushed up, and you can insert your finger into your vagina to feel for the tampon or strings.
If you are having abdominal pain that lasts for more than a day or two, you would want to call your doctor's office and speak with a nurse to talk about your symptoms. Abdominal pain can be related to many things, usually stress or a gastrointestinal issue (gas, bloating, diarrhea) from an illness.
