I use to be coughing and when am coughing I use to breath slowly and having chest pain when coughing and I use to get tried when walking and taking

You say you used to. Does that mean your cough has resolved? If not, I would suggest seeing a doctor. You could have an infection, bronchitis, pneumonia or asthma can cause these kinds of symptoms. We cannot know. A chest x-ray may be needed. A doctor can tell you more.
