Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us for advice.

I suggest you contact your gynecologist. Prolonged and heavy menstrual flow puts you at risk for iron deficiency anemia.

Excessive menstrual bleeding or hypermenorrhea can be caused by uterine fibroid, endocrine disorders, a hormonal imbalance that causes the endometrium develops in excess and eventually sheds by way of heavy menstrual bleeding, and uterine polyps.

Please keep us updated once you have consulted your physician.

Regards,
Maryann

Thank you very much .
I have contacted my doctor and she asked for some blood work and an ultra sound.
When I have the results , I will let you know about it .
Thanks
