My period isn't due for two weeks but my uterus is sore and I'm having cramps off and on could I be pregnant or maybe ovulating?

hCG levels can first be detected by a blood test about 11 days after conception and about 12 - 14 days after conception by a urine test.

If you do not get your period next week, wait at least 7 days and take a test. In general the hCG levels will double every 72 hours. The level will reach its peak in the first 8 - 11 weeks of pregnancy. By waiting, you will get more accurate results.

Can someone please answer my question? My period is not due for a week today is thursday. I had sex last wednesday. My boyfriend and i have been trying to get pregnant for a few months. On tuesday i had some cramps and now my uterus feels sore. Also i have had heartburn since sunday. I never get heartburn escept for when i was pregnant with my daughter i had it the whole 9 months., is it possible that i am pregnant? When can i test?

I have a question.
I started my period on April 6, and ended it on April 12.
I had unprotected sex, and used the withdrawal method on the dates 4/6,4/11,4/16,& 4/19. I had clear discharge slimy and thick. And today 4/23, I still have the same discharge every time I wipe myself , but today had a tiny spot of blood. It was the size of a pencil tip. Ive also been experiencing cramping, which feels like my period starting, but nothing, and don't plan on getting it until 2 weeks from now. So my question is it just the ovulation, or is it implantation and pregnancy?

So I had a period roughly April 10-14th. It was pretty normal for a day, then for the rest it was spotty. My husband and I have sex pretty regularly; about once a day or every other day. Anyway, thursday morning, the 19th, i had to pee a lot in the morning. small amounts every 15 minutes or so. no burning or anything. That afternoon, i slept for a good 5 hours and was fine all night until the next morning when i got up and had to pee a lot again. Ive been peeing quite a bit for the past three days. And my boobs are soo achy. Not to the touch; the pain like, radiates out through my nipples. I feel extremely bloated as well. And my boobs only hurt and i only feel bloated like, the week before my period. And i SOOO moody. :( We also sat down for a drink last night and i was throwing up 20 minutes after starting. Nauseous the whole rest of the night. Am i pregnant?

I can understand your eagerness to get positive news that you are pregnant.

Did your doctor do a blood pregnancy test? A blood test that measures hCG ( human chorionic gonadotropin) levels is more accurate than a urine test. hCG, commonly called the pregnancy hormone, is produced during pregnancy. Levels can first be detected by a blood test about 11 days after conception.

I am sure that your doctor would know the proper time to test.
Or did you do a home pregnancy test before visiting your doctor?

So I don't know if it's to early to tell if Im pregnan, but I was on the iud for a little over a year and I got it taken out on the 3rd and have had unprotected sex 1-2 times a week and feel like I just might be.... Although it wasn't a thought till now feeling as tho I am.... Is it even possible to be and I haven't had any bleeding sence the 5 days...

I hope you can help me. Maybe I'm just too impatient but ill gve it a try anyway! I was on the pill for 13 years and have since been off it for about 6 months now. My period was very irregular just after leaving the pill but it is regular now. My cycle is 29 days my period length is 4 days and my Luteal length is 14 days. I ovulated on the 13th of April and had intercourse with my husband the night of the 13th and the night before that. It is now the 16th (3 days after ovulation) and I'm having lower abdominal pains? I am not due for my period for until the 27th? My husband and I have been trying for a baby, but having no luck. What could these cramps be from? And will I have a problem concieving because I was on the pill for so many years?? Please give some advice!

But do you think there is even a chance that I could be pregnant since I'm so careful? Plus my guy also pulls out everytime before he comes just to be safe even though he always uses a condom? Plus the birth control? Also i now have kinda watery discharge.
