my nose and ears always blocked

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community! Sounds to me like you have a bad case of sinuses. You say that your nose and ears are always blocked...how long has this been going on for? Do you have or are you recovering from a cold? Do you suffer from environmental allergies?
