S/P Fine Needle Aspirition, Left Thyroid Nodule:
Cytomorphologic Features Suggestive Of An Adenomatous Colloid Goiter
Remarks: Reccommend further surgical evaluation for a definitive diagnosis. Can you kindly tell what these mean? Thank you very much

An Adenomatous Colloid Goiter is caused by adenoma or multiple colloid nodules of the thyroid gland. These are enlarged nodules.

Goiters can can cancerous tissue in them, but don't always. That is why they biopsy, so they can determine if further treatment is needed following surgery.

We cannot analyse medical reports in detail - your doctor can help you further.
