my mri report say

hi have also done my mri. it says 1.attenuated fibres of posterior cruciate ligament with non visualization of femoral half suggest possibility of sequelae to complete tear 2.discoid lateral meniscus as described above. 3.normal appearance of collateral ligaments. no evidence of injury or tear. 4.no evident bony injury or lesion. 5.no evident significant synovial effusion. i am 31 years old nd this is my first mri nd direct he suggested me for surgery. is there any other way to treat pcl without surgery please if you have any information related for this please please please please tell me
