My left arm hurts I can barely lift it or dress or anything. It started about 2 days ago and it hurts more today like a pinched nerve. I’ve had one in my neck before, that’s what it feels like. What could it be?

This could again be some kind of nerve pain -a trapped nerve. You could also have the beginning of severe tendonopathy - inflammation of the tendons. You will need to see a doctor to know more.
