If your friend was recently diagnosed with Hepatitis B, is he under the care of a doctor? What have they told him about medications and what symptoms to expect that may need to be treated?

thanks for ur reply, he just shown his hepatitis b + ve report to the doctor & came back, not taking any medicine & even not hvng any symptom! just relaxed....
so, i want to ask that what are the possibilities of this situation. thanks

Anonymous, hepatitis often doesn't cause symptoms until it is very bad. It can clear on it's own, meaning your body gets rid of it, or it can become chronic and make you very ill.

It is important for you friend to do what the doctor says and take any medications the doctor prescribes. It is also very important to take care not to spread the hepatitis to anyone else. We have a section on this: https://www.empowher.com/condition/hepatitis-b/definition.
