Have unprotected genital contact can (rarely) end in pregnancy due to possible premature or even the beginning of ejaculation occurring, if the female is ovulating. Pregnancy due to pre-ejaculation is rare but it can happen if a male has not urinated since his last ejaculation, While this would be very unusual, it can happen. However, if there is no ejaculation whatsoever, then pregnancy cannot occur. This is why unprotected genital-to-genital contact (even without intercourse) is not recommended. Genital to genital contact should be protected with a condom.
