We have both never had sex before and we had decided to wait until we were married which is why we had not gotten any condoms or anything but now we are in the last couple of months before the wedding and our decision is getting a little harder to deal with. My period ended 3 or so days ago I am planning on getting a plan b pill tomorrow (which will be within a 24 hour time frame of when it happened) but i am still worried..I feel really silly asking this as I am 23 and my fiance is 29. I don't really have anyone to talk to about this because my family would kill me if I even mentioned anything like this. I just want to know how high my chances are of getting pregnant from this. Thank you for answering my question!

Thank you both for all of your help! I did follow up with a Plan B pill within a 24 hour time frame. Lesson learned.

Yes I think that is more clear. I learn something new every day too. But as you stated it is a method that should be used by sexually experienced enough couples and not recommended for one time sexual encounters. I was just pointing out that if they are finding it difficult to abstain then they should find a pregnancy prevention method that is right for them and has the most effectiveness.

Pre-ejaculatory fluid does not contain sperm, unless there was a previous ejaculation and theoretically the "pre-cum" could carry some leftover sperm.
Some couples do use the withdrawal method successfully for years, but it takes much practice within the couple, and it is imperative that they are sexually experienced with each other enough to know when to "pull out". I agree--it is not considered a reliable form of birth control for most couples, especially when used sporadically and without intention. However, the number I quotes (75-85% effective) is considered the "typical use" effectiveness rate for the withdrawal method; "perfect use" of withdrawal can be closer to 85-90% effectiveness (against unintended pregnancy).

If he did not ejaculate, the chances are not high for pregnancy...but there is a chance.
What you two did is called the "withdrawal method" of birth control, meaning you had sex (regardless of how far his penis went inside your vagina; regardless of how long his penis was inside your vagina). The effectiveness rate of the withdrawal (or "pull out" method) is between 75-85% for pregnancy prevention.
It is unlikely that you would be pregnant from this one experience. Please use a condom next time, as you don't want your decision to wait a few more months to have sex result in another pregnancy-scare! Good luck!

I would not count on the withdrawal method being 75-85% preventive. I believe there is enough sperm in the pre ejaculation fluid to cause pregnancy. Abstinence or birth control are your only chances of not becoming pregnant. I hope for your sake that you did follow up with the day after pill but if you are trying to wait until you get married to have sex your too late.
