Hi, I have a question, I miss edmy first pill on my first pack. I usually take it 6 in the evening everyday but forgot my first pill (Wednesday). I took it 7:30 the next morning (Thursday). Me and my bf made love Sat (withdrawal method) and Sunday (withdrawal method again but I'm fertile). Is there a chance I can get pregnant? Thanks in advance!

Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
When taking birth control pills for the first time, it takes 7 days for them to be active. If this was not your first time ever taking the pills, then they were still actively preventing ovulation. It takes a week or two of being off the pills for ovulation to occur once more.
So chances of pregnancy depend on whether or not this was your very first time ever taking the pill or not.
Either way I suggest you keep taking the pills as usual until you have a completely missed period, then take a pregnancy test.
