We cannot diagnose anything over the Internet but you may have peripheral nerve damage in your feet due to your spinal condition. This usually manifests itself in pain and numbness. Tests will be required.
It's very important to seek medical care and a diagnosis so you can begin treatment and possible get medically approved time off work since your job is so physical (disability).
Your doctor will be able to help you with this.
