Is low blood pressure 97 over 59

I saw my doctor this morning and they did my blood pressure it was 97 over 59 is that low or normal range

To drink more water and add salt to my diet. I am not a salt water so both are a challenge. When I was over weight my no was normal. After losing almost 60 pounds... it's back!
