Low blood pressure

My blood pressure has been high to normal and now it is low. Nothing has changed. Should I be concerned 112/69

A blood pressure reading lower than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) for the top number (systolic) or 60 mm Hg for the bottom number (diastolic) is generally considered low blood pressure. Your blood pressure is considered perfectly normal. We cannot say why there was a change - perhaps you are eating better food without realizing or have cut down on stress.
