Hey..
I lost around 25 kgs through out 4 years.
I used to weigh 90 kgs and now I am 65 kgs.
I am 24 years old. I am happy with my new body size but I have too much loose and sagging skin... When i touch my tummy, thighs, arms, side abs etc, they feel very fluffy...
I know I need to tone and thats why after doing cardio for long time I started doing workouts that require more muscles effort with some weight lifting (like: squats, lunges, planks, pushups, side planks etc)..... What I am seeing is a very slow improvement! I need someone to tell me is there any hope in the exercises I am doing to tone my body and make it stiffer? or should I go to surgery or laser or and or....?? And btw, my body looks fine now with all kind of clothes... good proportions and good weight to height measurements. So the looks are good but I am insecure when touched or when I have to wear a bikini. Plz suggestions to solve this? I might get married in a year maybe and i need to do something about this.

Hello Bessa,
Congratulations on your weight loss. I can appreciate your concern about sagging skin. You are young and on the right track to toning and firming up.
It will take time. Adding weights to your workout three times a week can help. Building toned, lean muscle under your skin will help it look tighter. Keep hydrated. Add at least 8 glasses of water a day to your diet and keep hydrated after a workout.
