Are you worried about pregnancy? I hope at 18 you know that you cannot get pregnant from grinding with clothes on. Did you have sex ed at school? If not, it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause.
A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating. Sperm will not travel through a layer of clothing to impregnate.

So a pregnancy cannot occur from what you did.

With regard to your late period - there are many reasons for a delayed period or a change in cycles that is not connected to pregnancy.

If you are under stress, your brain may go into alert mode, which can change your hormone levels, as well as affecting when you ovulate.
Ovulation is the time when your ovaries release a mature egg that is ready to be fertilized. If the egg is not fertilized, and does not implant in the wall of your uterus, your hormone levels change, and your uterus cleans itself out to get ready for a new cycle for the next month. That cleansing process is your period.
If you are stressed, you may ovulate later than normal, or not at all one month, which can delay or cancel your period for that month.

Hormones are chemical messengers sent out by your brain to regulate many different functions in your body, including your period. Hormones need to be in proper balance for your body to function correctly. Your hormones may be a bit irregular this month.

A change in body chemistry can also cause a period to be early/late.
