Hi I was suppose to get my period around July 18 or 19 I joined gym newly so I have been doing a lot of excercise last month I got my period around these dates but that time I wasnt going to gym as much or doing much excercise besides cardio now I have been using machines as well and drinking a protein shake before I go. I go 4 days a week for 2 hours each. Also on July 4 I was with my bf and he was reaching to touch my vagina but I didnt let him so his hand was only on like the too meaning where the pubic hair usually is he didnt touch the lips from what I remember and His hands were also had nothing on them im pretty sure because he told me im being worried for no reason and after my water bottle spilled on my tights anyways is it my body trying to adjust because I am a lazy person I never used to walk or do excercise Any of these activities. I also lost 3 pounds in the weeks Ive been going to gym. Please help Im not pregnant right

A change in lifestyle (that you are experiencing) can certainly change the menstrual cycle. You cannot be pregnant from what you said.

Hi thank you so much for your reply I still haven’t got it yet I know this isnt the first time im late but still I keep freaking out for no reason I keep having that paranoia Im a virgin never had sex yeah my bf touches my vagina sometimes but that too im fully clothed and he just reaches inside my pants but he never puts his finger inside or anything and his hands dont have anything on it from what I remmeber I keep having that what if paranoia he keeps telling me that im going so hard on myself I dont know I do have a bloated stomach and tender boobs No period I do get discharge normal white and feel like i got my period but when I check its nothing
